Our 2018 Vintage Hollywood Hot Sauce, made with fermented chilis in small batches. The tabasco chilis are aged for more than one year in oak wine barrels. 

What makes this hot sauce even more exclusive, is our love for high quality tabasco peppers, reflected in the ingredient list, where peppers are the first ingredient, unlike most hot sauces on the market, where water is the first ingredient.

We grow our own chilis, and the process of turning our fresh peppers into delicious bottled Hollywood Hot Sauce takes two years. 

We use a beautifully balanced Napa Chardonnay Vinegar aged in oak barrels to create that unique taste you only get with Hollywood Hot. We are upping the game when it comes to vinegars: most of our competitors use cheap infused vinegars that have not been properly aged. Ready to get Hollywood Hot?
